How do I say no to someone who e-mails me?

Saying No

Anytime you interact online, you may run into people who are interested in you, but who just don't ring your bell for whatever reason.
The polite thing is to let the person know as soon as possible that you're not interested. Don't try too hard to be "nice," or leave the door open to future communication if you don't wish it. On the other side, don't be needlessly rude, or you might provoke a potential stalker. A simple "Thanks for your interest, but I don't think we're suited to one another" is all you need to say.

i find it a whole lot easier to ignore them. Not to be rude, but some people dont know when to give up and even a simple "no, not interested" type answer could bring someone to say "why?" or to the whole "i can convince you otherwise" type deal.

That is good information to follow. leading someone can lead to problems. If your in a chat room it is best to read what thier saying first then if you want join in. You should always be careful about what you sat because it could easely be turned around to something you don't wont.

I think this is very good advice. Now you can move on and so can they with no hard feelings.
More people should be this way.
