WHY?

What makes a man so insecure, when a woman does all she can to satisfy him? Was it his past life?

You may need to share more details about the situation you are not too clear. So here goes my opinion in relation with what you shared. Does she really satisfy him, if so, then why should that man feel insecure? If she is satisfying him...wait I don't get it.The man's upbringing could have a lot to do with his interactions with his woman. Perhaps he is afraid to accept his real feelings, or he probably was rejected many times by women, or maybe his mother did not show him affection. There are so many reasons. So when a woman does all she can to satisfy him he can't deal with his emotions, therefore he feels so insecure that he may loose her. This is not a good thing because if she sees his insecurity it could be a turn off for her, since women like confident men.

Maybe his insecure about his body, he might feel that his thing is to small or that he nots satisfing you or he might be insecure about some feature of his body like really hairy in weird places. i don't know like peter said more details.
