theres really know way of telling, only you would be able to tell something like that since you known him best, with time you'll pick up on it and see the sign he sends you telling you he loves you, but the general description would be that he, always pays attention to you when your talking, helps you out, understands you, sees eye to eye with you, takes out out a lot or makes you dinner or something. any small thing really every one is different so theres really no way to completely tell.
