If my partner says they are okay with something, but do not call back are they really okay with it?

I was asked by a friend of the opposite sex who I am not attracted to at all to meet and just catch up on old times, I was honest and told my current girlfriend about it and asked her if she would be with me because I want her to meet my friend. She said she was fine and that she was okay with it and said don't worry you should catch up with your friend, but she has not contacted me since this afternoon. Was she okay with it, or was she just saying that to have time to think about why she is mad?

obviously shes jealous, you should know better when it comes to women they speak in code and is up to us to desifer it, i think shes mad at you if shes mad at all because you wanted to mee this old friend and she probably didn't like that. my advice pay attention to no one but her, thats what woman like feeling loved and like the center of attention it goes both ways, to men also feel the same way.
