Loving and In love

0
What is the difference between "loving" a person and being
"in love" with that person. My girlfriend recently said to me
"I love you, but I'm not in love with you"
What did she mean?

mmhmm thats a hard one, to me that would mean she likes you, but doesn't really love love you, you know like for example i always say love you, or i love you to all my female friends, and i mean it i love them i'm just not in love with them get the difference? if you don't let me know this is hard to explain to me this is just common knowledge which makes it hard for me to explain.
